    the location was good, around 10-15 minutes walk from the entrance heritage walk. this hotel was in a domestic area close to light rail station to wharf area, restaurants on honeysuckle drive, riverfront, nobbys beach, and the town centre.

    Fantastic setting, very friendly staff.

    Nice base for 1 night. Brand-new and generous-sized rooms with huge balcony, laundry facilities, for instance. Outstanding food for breakfast in the bar.

    Just had a lovely stay! The staff were amazing, going above-and-beyond, even helping at midnight! The indoor pool was bigger than I expected. I would DEFINITELY return!

    We had an enjoyable 4-night stay at Quest Newcastle. the venue boasts top quality, and the location is fantastic, with the Happy Wombat cafe next door serving delicious breakfasts and a wide variety of restaurants and shops nearby. the service was excellent, and we appreciated the local food offerings. it was a delightful experience!

    This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and high level of service provided. The staff were friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. The basic amenities in the room were more than sufficient, and I particularly loved the cozy and comfortable queen bed in the tiny bedroom on level 5. The balcony overlooking Hunter St offered a great view of the surrounding area, and it was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the scenery along the harbour. Another positive aspect worth mentioning is the hotel's location. It was conveniently close to good restaurants, the beach, and even a bistro next door which had charge back facilities. All in all, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the Quest Serviced Apartments and the breakfast provided.

    All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, nothing to complain about.
